Customer: any individual or entity using the services Transportation via the Pondera platform“.
Platform: application or website that provides the possibility of booking transportation services.
Third party: owners of cross-platform rental cars to provide transportation services.
Service: the transfer service is provided through “bondaira“, and the company’s responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking only.
Driver: the one who drives the car, who is usually the owner of the car or an employee of the owner of the car.
(Limited liability)
1 – “bondaira” company acts as an intermediary between the client and car owners and provides an electronic platform to facilitate the booking process.we do not own cars and we do not bear legal or financial responsibility related to cars or drivers.
2-we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the trip, and the full responsibility remains on the shoulders of the car owner or driver.
3 – “bondaira” is not responsible for any damage related to the vehicle or injuries that may occur to the customer or other parties during the trip.
4-in case of any accident or damage, the customer must go directly to the owner of the car or the insurance in question, and “bondaira” does not bear any responsibility for this.
5-in the event of accidents, injuries or a quarrel between the customer and the driver of the car during the trip, the Company shall provide the necessary data to the concerned authorities for investigation with written permission or a direct order from the authorities, and this is done within a legal and authorized framework.
6-the company has the full right to retain the data of the parties and it is kept in strict confidentiality and no one can access it for any reason and the concerned parties only access it in case of request with written permission, direct order or official permission.
(Rights and duties of the client)
1-legal use: the customer undertakes to use the service in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2 – payment of fees: the customer is obliged to pay all the fees due for the service that is used according to the prices set by the company or the platform.
3-commitment to safety: the customer must comply with all safety instructions during the trip, including wearing a seat belt and complying with any instructions provided by the driver of the car.
4-not to use the service for illegal purposes: the customer undertakes not to use the service in illegal, suspicious, annoying or activities that violate the rights of others.
5-cancellation or modification: the customer must cancel or modify the reservation before the scheduled time of the trip in accordance with the company’s announced policies.
(Rights and duties of the “Bondera“)
1-mediation between customers and drivers: “bondaira” acts only as an intermediary between the customer and car owners to facilitate the process of booking transportation.
2 – the right to change prices: “bondaira” reserves the right to change or modify prices for its services at any time, according to changes in fuel and car prices, and the customer is notified of this via the platform or social media concerned to publish updates for the company.
3-the right to cancel the service: “bondaira” has the right to cancel or suspend any booking or account in case of suspicions of fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
4-maintaining the platform: “bondaira” is not responsible for any disruption in the service caused by malfunctions in the platform or the internet, but seeks to fix any problems as soon as possible.
(Car owners ‘ obligation)
1-legal responsibility: car owners and drivers undertake to comply with all local laws related to traffic and transport in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2-maintenance and inspection: car owners are committed to maintaining the vehicles in good condition, with periodic inspections to ensure the safety of the car and free from malfunctions that may occur or result in any damage or accident.
3-insurance: car owners are responsible for providing comprehensive insurance that covers accidents and possible damages.
4-driver behavior: drivers must behave professionally and well with customers, and refrain from any inappropriate behavior or a threat to safety.
(Privacy and data protection)
1 – “Bondera” respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The data will be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy announced in the platform.
2– “bondaira” or any third party may not use the customer’s data for any unauthorized purpose.
(Cancellation and refund)
1-the customer has the right to cancel the booking at any time before the flight date in accordance with the policies adopted in the platform.
2-there may be cancellation fees based on the time when the cancellation is made in advance.
(Compulsive force)
“Bondaira” does not bear any responsibility for non-fulfillment of service in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, or civil unrest.
(Amendments to the terms)
“Bondaira” reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page, and the amendments will be considered effective as soon as they are posted.

In the event of any dispute or disagreement related to these terms, the dispute will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, recourse is made to the competent Egyptian courts to resolve these disputes.
